Mark is a Associate with extensive experience in land use planning, consulting and project management. He skillfully leads a wide range of projects at all scales – from the early stages of site acquisition and due diligence to municipal approvals – guiding clients through the planning process and employing a collaborative approach throughout his practice. Mark manages Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Draft Plans of Subdivision, Minor Variance and Site Plan applications. He has also represented clients at Committee/Council meetings and facilitated open houses and community consultations.

Mark is a strong proponent of active transportation. He is a member of the Walk Toronto Steering Committee, a local group that promotes walking and advocates for pedestrian interests.
