The Hawk Ridge development is a master planned community centred around a redesigned 18-hole golf course.  Applications for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, and Draft Plan of Subdivision were submitted in support of the application.  The proposed redevelopment converts a portion of the existing golf course into a residential development containing 450-900 units, two stormwater management blocks, a sanitary treatment plant, park blocks, natural heritage areas with recreational trails, and public roads.

The Biglieri Group was pleased to collaborate with Urbantypology Inc., Crozier Consulting Engineers, Azimuth Environmental, Jeff Mingay Golf Course Architect, Irving Heritage, Thornton Thomasetti and Orion Environmental Solutions on this project. Urbantypology Inc. is credited for site visioning, urban design, landscape architecture and visualization, including the site renderings.
