On Thursday, June 12, Robert McQuillan spoke at the City of Toronto’s Planning and Housing Committee meeting, sharing our experience supporting clients through the multiplex development process and offering support for the future of the multiplex built form.

We’re proud to contribute to the evolution of Toronto’s neighbourhoods by helping introduce more diverse and flexible housing options. We’re encouraged by the City’s proposal to expand multiplex permissions to include five- and sixplexes; a meaningful step toward addressing the City’s housing needs while strengthening existing communities.
We’ll be following closely as the Council votes on the next phase of multiplex permissions in July.
