FGF & KubotA
TBG is proud to be mentioned in the NRU for our work on North America’s largest food manufacturing campus by FGF Brands!
We’re excited to also see the opening of Kubota Canada’s new head office and assembly plant also located within Pickering’s Innovation Corridor which we were a part of for the planning approvals. Big things happening in Pickering!”
A warm Welcome to our new Senior Associate Rachelle Larocque!
Rachelle has over 15 years planning experience in both the public and private sector, dealing with a range of applications from minor variances and consents to plans of subdivision and urban boundary expansions, as well as extensive experience appearing as an expert witness at Ontario Land Tribunal hearings (formerly Ontario Municipal Board and Local Planning Appeals Tribunal). She holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies undergraduate degree from the University of Waterloo in Urban and Regional Planning (Co-op) with a minor in Political Science and a Masters of Science from the University of Guelph in Rural Planning and Development. She is a full member of both the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (RPP) and Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP). Rachelle’s pragmatic, collaborative, and straight forward approach to planning has assisted her in navigating numerous contentious applications.
